About the role
Job Description & Requirements - Plan, co-ordinates and implements overall site works with sub-con and other related trades to carry out work safely. - Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval. - Assist Project Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project. - Attend site matters & complains related to project sites. - Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems. - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks. - To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants and subcontractors. - To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications. - Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs. - Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods. - Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site. - Minimum 2 years' Experience in Construction Industry. - Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field.
