The Software Engineer Technical Lead role involves managing a team of IT professionals ensuring diverse top talent are retained. The role also involves overseeing the design, development and maintenance of different IT solutions ensuring security, reliability and scalability of solutions. The role requires engagement and partnership with different stakeholders and vendors. Leading the technical delivery team/s enabling Marketing Retail capabilities in our Downstream business Ensuring the technical delivery team/s execute scalable, reliable, and compliant technical solutions that fulfill the needs of the business case. Owning and managing resourcing and staffing decisions for technical delivery team/s Collaborating with Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure solution designs align with target architecture and business requirements About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
