Drive performance management through clear KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize resource utilization across facilities, transport networks, and workforce planning to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
Leadership & Organization
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Managers and large, diverse operational teams.
Build a strong, high-performing organization with clear accountability, ownership, and performance discipline.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop leadership capability and succession pipelines for key roles within the operations function.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical operational and service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate closely with commercial, product, and support functions to deliver integrated and customer-centric solutions.
Provide regular operational insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and regional stakeholders.
Execution, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure operational discipline, consistency, and adherence to company standards and processes (including Toll Operation Platform).
Lead the resolution of complex operational challenges while minimizing business disruption.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives across operations.
Champion safety, compliance, and risk management across all operational activities.
Lead or participate in strategic projects and transformation initiatives at country or regional level.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
8-15 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operations (warehousing and distribution), with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record managing large-scale operations, including leading managers and teams of 100+ employees.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Demonstrated success in driving operational transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management experience, working across cross-functional and regional teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in English; Vietnamese language capability is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
