The Marcom Manager sits at the heart of our brand marketing and communications function, reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing Innovation. You will be a key player in shaping how Logitech shows up across consumer touchpoints-from AI-powered search to high-impact brand moments. This role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of GEO strategy, brand marketing, and PR communications, and who enjoys turning complexity into clarity.

1. Drive GEO Strategy & Execution
Lead the day-to-day execution of Logitech's GEO roadmap across key AI platforms (Doubao, Qianwen, DeepSeek, Kimi, etc.), ensuring our brand content is discoverable, cited, and preferred in AI-generated answers.
Optimize product and brand content for AI-friendliness-from structured data to conversational scripts-making sure our "professional answers" (for products like GPW5/MX4) and "seasonal bursts" are deployed with precision.
Monitor citation share, track performance, and feed insights back into content planning to continuously improve ROI.
2. Champion Brand Marketing & Content Excellence
Lead the development of moment campaign assets-from concept to final delivery-ensuring every brand moment (product launch, tentpole event, seasonal campaign) lands with impact and consistency.
Build and maintain a brand content asset library that serves as the single source of truth for internal teams and external partners, ensuring all materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and easy to activate.
Design and deliver capability-building programs (e.g., Livestream 2.0, cross-category marketing training) that empower distributors and internal teams to elevate execution quality and drive business results.
3. Strengthen PR & Communications
Support the execution of integrated communications plans that span product PR, corporate communications, and internal storytelling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PR narratives are aligned with brand strategy and amplified across the right channels.
4. Connect the Dots Across GEO, Brand & PR
Act as the central hub that ensures GEO, brand marketing, and PR efforts work as one-not as silos. You'll translate insights from one area into action in another, maximizing the impact of every piece of content we create.
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, marcom, or integrated communications, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, or lifestyle brands.
Proven experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or a strong understanding of how AI platforms surface and prioritize brand content. You are comfortable navigating this emerging field and eager to stay ahead of the curve.
Solid brand marketing foundation: You have led the development of campaign assets, managed brand content libraries, and designed enablement programs for internal or external teams.
PR fluency: You understand the fundamentals of PR-messaging, media relations, and corporate communications-and can write and edit with clarity and precision.
Cross-functional collaboration: You know how to align stakeholders from different functions (product, e-commerce, sales, agencies) and keep projects moving forward.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to write compelling content and present ideas clearly.
