Assists with invoicing, collections and payments.
Manage assigned customer problems with shipments.
Reviews receivables and payables needing additional paperwork to complete processing and initiates the follow-up communication.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
2-4 years' relevant experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Proficient in 10 key data entry
Ability to work in the office five days per week (Monday - Friday)
