Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning programs, courses, and resources aligned to business priorities and L&D strategy
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create experiences that drive knowledge retention and on-the-job application
Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and impactful learning content
Take autonomous ownership of learning content challenges, identifying and resolving blockers to ensure timely and effective delivery
Build blended learning solutions incorporating eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, toolkits, and job aids
Leverage AI enabled tools and platforms to enhance learning design, content development, personalization, and operational efficiency
Design and produce high-quality video learning content using AI-driven and traditional video creation tools
Manage the end-to-end video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and publishing
Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and analytics to iterate on programs based on performance data
Stay current on learning technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices to continuously innovate the learner experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or L&D program development
Strong grounding in adult learning theory, instructional design models, and blended learning strategies
Demonstrated experience creating video-based learning content, including use of AI-enabled video tools
Proven ability to script, design, edit, and produce polished learning videos and multimedia content
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360/Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar tools
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and emerging learning technologies
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder partnership skills
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Creative, learner-first mindset with a focus on measurable business and performance outcomes
While not required, these are a plus:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
