YOU WILL - Act as a key representative of the company by attracting new and expanding existing client relationships. - Forging new client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, events and networking, and tracking leads through the sales funnel - Growing revenue and meet targets in all categories of recruitment services - Partner with the recruitment and solutions teams to effectively implement recruitment campaigns - Follow up on leads, and prepare and organize sales collateral, and work through HubSpot - Involvement in the proposal process and developing and pitching proposals - Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
