Valid Driver's license which must be maintained throughout employment
CPR Certification within 90 days of employment that must be maintained throughout employment
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Acknowledge, greet, and welcome patients/visitors
Assists patients/visitors with valet needs
Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
Clarifies parking rates and valet procedures to patients and visitors
Daily collection and categorization of process parking ticket transactions
Maintains safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures
Report any accidents to manager on duty
Support daily operations of the parking facility
Perform cashiering function as needed
Stock and maintain all revenue control equipment
Prepare daily sales reports
Assist customers in the use of automated revenue control equipment including ticket dispensers, pay stations, and exit station equipment
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods standing, sitting, and walking
Occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds
Working Conditions
Must be able to perform job duties in both indoor and outdoor environments, and under varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow.

Pay Range
$17.13 - $21.69 Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.

Under general supervision, this position provides valet and facility support services to patients and visitors of Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) to ensure exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include the intake, parking, and retrieval of vehicles in a safe and organized manner, as well as performing various garage and facility support functions such as customer service, cashiering, preparing bank deposits, handling cash, operating and maintaining revenue control equipment, completing reports, and opening and closing booths.
