The Difference You Will Make: The Facilities & Maintenance team at LC is seeking a Maintenance Intern to gain hands-on experience by shadowing members of our maintenance team while supporting a positive resident and community experience aligned with our core values. In this role, the intern will assist with a variety of general maintenance tasks and services at an assigned community, learning day-to-day operations and best practices in property maintenance.
