Job Responsibilities Actively collaborate with business partners to develop banca partnership strategies and joint business plan formulation, to ensure business initiatives are effective and aligned with company's vision Design and deliver effective business activities (e.g. digital strategy and segmentation strategy) with partners to capture untapped market opportunities and keep up the sales momentum. Liaise with business partners to formulate the product strategy and execution plan to drive balanced product mix. Accountable for the product implementation process to ensure timely delivery of new or revamped products to enable business growth. Work with relevant parties to resolve issues arising from the product development and implementation process. Work closely with business partners to manage the product launch schedule, including the end-to-end product launch support. Job Requirements Solid experience in life insurance product development and partnership management Strong presentation and project management skills Great sense of ownership and strong business mindset with good analytical skill Reliable, self-motivated and capable to work well under tight schedule Good interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with people from a diversity of backgrounds Efficient MS application and Chinese input Fluent in written and spoken English Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
