Other CFC office locations may also be considered based on space availability.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate by Capital Farm Credit (CFC).Requires five (5) to seven (7) or more years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of loan administration, with a focus on commercial lending and a basic understanding of syndication/participation lending.Includes at least one (1) to three (3) years of management experience, overseeing teams or processes, and a track record of progressively responsible administrative positions with proven, high-quality performance.Successful completion of documented leadership training and development, with demonstrated skills and performance supporting leadership growth.JOB SUMMARYResponsible for staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring.Evaluates performance of subordinate employees and completes in the annual salary administration process.Occasional travel to credit offices within assigned subregion to train, assist, and perform evaluations on staff.As a key market resource, collaborates with market management to support business development efforts ensuring loans are closed, and transactions processed, timely and accurately and in compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures while delivering thorough customer service.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintains expert knowledge and consistently performs all duties associated with loan administration, loan accounting, credit servicing, content management, reporting and customer service processes.Maintains advanced and up-to-date knowledge of regulations, procedures, policies, and processes and will independently research and apply them as required; possesses the abiliHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Parental leave
