Description of Work DNCR Human Resources Division of Archives and History, Land and Water is seeking a well-rounded Recruiter to join our team! The Recruiter will collaborate with the HR Team to accomplish the day-to-day aspects of recruitment, employment, and salary administration functions. This position handles recruitment and retention and has frequent interaction with managers, employees, applicants, and other divisions HR Team. This position requires experience utilizing HR policies and procedures and occasionally assisting in other HR functions such as position management, providing consultation to managers, and technical assistance in HR systems.
