Own the full partner lifecycle across Eastern Europe as your primary territory, from prospecting and onboarding through to activation, pipeline development, and revenue delivery, while also contributing to broader EMEA partnership goals.
Build and manage relationships across partner types: technology partners, solution partners, agencies, media partners, social platforms and channel partners.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales, working to generate and progress qualified introductions through to closed revenue.
Lead joint go-to-market planning with strategic partners, including co-sell motions, partner enablement sessions, and joint events or field activity.
Represent AppsFlyer at industry events, partner summits, and customer engagements across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM, providing regular forecasts and territory updates to leadership.
Identify and assess new partnership opportunities across the territory, providing grounded recommendations on prioritisation and investment.
What You Have
Must:
6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or a related technology sector.
Fluency in Russian (written and spoken), required to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders across Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking markets.
Fluency in English (written and spoken), the primary language of internal and cross-functional collaboration.
A demonstrable track record of managing partner relationships that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
Comfort operating in a metrics-driven environment, with experience owning pipeline targets and reporting against KPIs.
Willingness to travel across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region as required by the role.
Preferred
Experience working with or within the mobile measurement, app ecosystem, or performance marketing landscape.
Existing network across Eastern European advertising, agency, or technology ecosystems.
Proficiency in an additional Eastern European language such as Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Ukrainian.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and partnership platforms (Crossbeam).
