As needed, provide assistance to business unit representatives on the third-party life cycle processes.
Collaborating with the stakeholders to ensure resources are properly trained on processes, policies, and systems.
Establish program reporting protocols through defining reporting metrics, delivering reporting analytics, creating reporting dashboards and other reporting outputs as needed to communicate program key performance indicators (KPI) and status.
Guide & educate internal stakeholders in the TPO process.
Participate actively in the process improvement and process re-engineering initiatives that are focused on reducing costs and/or improving service or operations.
Collaborate closely with internal business customers and suppliers on the strategy and execution of sourcing projects.

A bachelor's degree in a related field or six or more years of work experience
Experience in sourcing or contract management.
Project Management experience.

Synopsis of the role :
The Country TPO & Sourcing Specialist, in coordination with the Regional Sourcing Leader, will deliver Third Party Oversight (TPO) and Strategic Sourcing Services, providing best-in-class technologies and processes in support of the procurement and contracts management process within India. Provide innovative and strategic sourcing strategies for indirect spend, support the vendor due diligence, risk assessment, management and supplier quality management process.
Coordinate and support third-party procurement operations, governance, oversight, and audit activities. This position must collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations and leverage of cross-process synergies. The incumbent also monitors process performance and prioritizes and drives process-related decisions. Additionally, accountable for ensuring process compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
As assigned, Negotiate, develop, and manage contracts for various products and services managed by the GSRE organization. As needed, this position is responsible to provide support to the local/regional strategic sourcing process, managing high value spot orders, developing/negotiating/monitoring supplier agreements, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, developing sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, developing and implementing processes and procedures to manage assigned commodities, managing total cost of ownership for assigned commodities, and integrating knowledge and skills across geographies and purchasing commodities.
