Develop and guide the IFA InfraSec strategy and roadmap for manufacturing business functions

The Ideal Candidate Must Demonstrate:
Knowledge of systems and data architectures, network and data communications systems, and cybersecurity principles and technologies.
Strong understanding of software programming, concepts of Software Engineering or Systems Engineering, specifically software integration.
Experience in high-volume automated manufacturing in semiconductor fabs.
Track record of delivering major automation programs with broad scope, high levels of complexity, cross-functional team engagement, and challenging deliverables.
Ability to influence and shape outcomes with senior executive-level stakeholders.
Understanding of relevant security technology and industry trends.
Strong business and financial judgment; strong analytical skills.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in factory automation/IT solutions or leading IT organizations.
Experience in SEMI standards utilized in factory automation.
Experience in high-volume automated manufacturing semiconductor fabs preferred.
Demonstrated ability to present complex technical and financial topics to senior managers, leaders, and government/industry stakeholders.
Effective leadership, communication skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and coach others.
Experience translating technology roadmaps and strategy to operational improvement.
Proven track record of solving tough technical problems while creating and capturing business value.
Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
5+ years of practical experience in factory automation or 10+ years of practical experience in developing Information Technology solutions.
10+ years of experience leading and setting priorities for multiple engineering teams (30+ people), including second-line management in a large organization.

As the Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure and Security group, you will lead the teams responsible for the foundation of our global operations. You will oversee the development of highly scalable distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and the robust security frameworks that protect our customers and data. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise in systems architecture and a proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering organizations.
