Provide comprehensive support for internal stakeholders regarding connectivity and security concerns.
Address and resolve incoming tickets pertaining to network performance and security systems.
Deliver technical guidance to staff for troubleshooting network-related obstacles.
Manage user accounts on a variety of network and security platforms: 2FA, remote access, wireless, voip, etc.
Engage in active monitoring of network and security platforms to uphold the integrity of our high-availability services.
Maintain a consistent onsite presence at our studio location.
Demonstrate superior interpersonal communication and the capacity to manage diverse priorities in a rapid-deployment setting.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of how core network and security protocols function (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Familiarity with critical security systems, including Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Network and Security Monitoring platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Completion of a program in network/systems administration is preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000- $65,000 CAD
