  • Familiarity with organofluoride chemistries and environmental/regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of EU chemical legislation including REACH and international treaties (e.g., Stockholm Convention).
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience working within trade associations or steering multi‑company coalitions.
  • Strong communication, English fluency; additional EU languages are a plus.

Job Summary Chemours is seeking an EMEA Advocacy Manager to support the Advanced Performance Materials (APM) business and represent Chemours in the European regulatory and policy landscape. This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of science, regulation, sustainability, and business strategy. You will lead Chemours' advocacy efforts related to fluorinated chemistries and advanced materials, shaping regulatory dialogue and ensuring Chemours can continue to innovate responsibly within an evolving EU regulatory framework. This role reports to Global Advocacy Director APM & TSS. Expected Outcomes Strong, credible advocacy presence for Chemours APM in EU regulatory and policy discussions. Clear internal alignment on regulatory positions across commercial, R&D, regulatory, and sustainability teams. Proactive analysis of regulatory trends, risks, and opportunities affecting advanced materials.
