- Strong understanding of EU chemical legislation including REACH and international treaties (e.g., Stockholm Convention).
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience working within trade associations or steering multi‑company coalitions.
- Strong communication, English fluency; additional EU languages are a plus.
