About you - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) is required; PMP certification is preferred. - Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. - Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and engage confidently with senior executives. - Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role involves frequent collaboration with suppliers and partners in China. - Assertive and proactive in driving teams toward solutions and remedial actions when necessary. - Solid understanding of engineering processes for air treatment products, including airflow dynamics, filtration systems, and electronics integration. - Willingness to travel frequently to China is preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project.
