Deep knowledge of design systems; not just how they work, but why. Hands-on experience integrating design systems with AI tooling and token-based interactions. Skilled in Figma for component and pattern design, prototyping, and documentation. Experienced working across design, engineering, and accessibility. Confident driving strategic decisions in a product triad. Strong collaborator with clear communication across Engineers, PMs, and Designers. Passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex system-level challenges. Proactive mindset; you come with a plan, not just intent.
