Job Summary Reporting to the PV apprentice Head, the PV Development Director (PVDD) manages and leads a cohort of agents under the PV Apprentice Program. S/he is tasked to ensure activation, productivity, and validation of these agents while ensuring that correct behavior is sustained after graduating from the program. The PVDD ensures that the team of agents assigned to him are fully supported through learning and development programs, timely and regular performance management checks, and leader involvement. S/he is expected to partner not only with the leaders but also with home office team (e.g., Academy, SMT, Analytics, etc) in the deployment of the program. Key performance indicators include, but not limited to, the following: active agents, case productivity, retention, validation, APE contribution, and others that may be incorporated as needed. Job Accountabilities: Manage team of agents ensuring that program objectives and metrics are met Implement and evaluate the program Promote to and engage agency leaders to subscribe to PV Apprentice Identify gaps and provide continuous development interventions to every member of the team as needed Ensure that PV Apprentice adheres to Market Conduct Guidelines as well as Pru Life UK's Compliance Standards Budget efficiency Job Qualification Bachelors Degree in major in business management, marketing, communications or other related fields Domain knowledge of the industry: processes, basic plans, compensation, and R&I.With industry Sales Management Leadership and management Communication Negotiating and Influencing Data management At least 5 years of sales management and/or training experience preferably gained from a life insurance company With industry certification (e,g., FLMI, CTEP, CWP, etc) Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
