Preparing customs paperwork, commercial invoices, and carnet documentation
Managing shipping processes through the company's MRP system
Tracking deliveries and resolving shipping or customs issues proactively
Communicating with customers, couriers, suppliers, and internal teams
Booking hotels, taxis, and travel for film crews, sales teams, and events
Supporting the wider office team with administration, stock checks, and operational tasks during quieter periods
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can switch confidently between logistics coordination, customer communication, and day-to-day operational support.
Requirements
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, freight coordination, or international dispatch
Good understanding of international shipping documentation and customs processes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to last-minute changes
Confident communicating with customers, couriers, and suppliers
Comfortable using business systems - MRP/ERP experience is beneficial
A proactive team player who enjoys supporting a busy operational environment
