Champion automation-first approaches that reduce operational overhead, improve service delivery, and enhance system reliability.
Partner with Security and Engineering leaders to ensure enterprise systems align with organizational security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents, guiding resolution efforts and driving root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
Operational Excellence
Own the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise-wide services and infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness and business continuity.
Lead the maturation of monitoring, observability, incident management, change management, and problem management practices.

Position Summary
