Cooperation over email and phone with our hosting partners across the globe
Preparation of hardware and shipping with customs clearance procedures
Ensure that testing SIM cards are active and topped up
Handle customer and internal support tickets
Required Skills
High School / Upper Secondary School Diploma
Curious, service‑minded, eager to learn
Ability to work with a mix of technical and administrative tasks
Structured, reliable and able to work independently- General interest in IT, networks, telecom
Good general troubleshooting skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English

SUPPORT ASSISTANT - TEST NETWORK TEAM
Location: Sweden, Stockholm
The CSG Assure team develops advanced telecom testing software solutions used by mobile operators across the globe, including leading operators like AT&T, Tata, Orange.
CSG Assure is an artificial test traffic generation platform consisting of a central cloud-based application and a test network of over 1 000 test probes in 200 countries simulating mobile users globally.
We are looking for a Support Assistant to join our test network management team. This is an entry‑level role and a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants hands‑on experience in technical operations, customer support and service provider coordination.
You will work closely with more experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as you learn our systems, services, and processes.
