YOU WILL BE:
Under the direction of the Suite Manager, Fifth Avenue Club. The Fashion Consultant, Fifth Avenue Club drives their individual Personal Shopping business by providing outstanding service to the client in an exclusive space, establishing new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts, and driving overall Fifth Avenue Club sales volume. The Fashion Consultant role is also a job onsite
Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent client relationships.
Initiate and use Club events to recruit new clients, increase sales, and develop existing clients.
Generate and share ideas with the Fifth Avenue Club team on ways to develop your individual business opportunities and maximize sales to achieve or exceed goals.
Use Saks Fifth Avenue's online clientele resource tools to record and maintain client information and preferences to support your business.
Source product for client appointments through Saks Fifth Avenues multiple inventory networks including Flagship stores, the digital "endless aisle," and distribution centers
Engage with clients and perform basic alteration's fittings with guidance and training from our Alterations Director
Maintain a digital presence to attract new clientele and promote your business both traditionally and through social media selling
Be the community and brand ambassador on behalf of Saks Fifth Avenue
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment
Experience with luxury fashion and lifestyle
Experience working with sales quotas and comfort with meeting sales targets in a commission based selling environment
An established network or client base on multiple Social Media platforms, and the ability to support business digitally through content creation
Experience executing events
