We are hiring a Client Retention Associate to support and grow our client retention efforts. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, proactively addressing at-risk accounts and ensuring a high quality client experience throughout the life of the account.
Responsibilities
Support renewal efforts by addressing concerns, resolving issues and reinforcing Proper's value
Handle objections and provide coverage comparisons
Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, CAM team and support
Maintain accurate notes and follow established retention workflows
Manage retention conversations with existing clients
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in account management, customer support or sales
Strong communication skills and comfort handling difficult client conversations
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Highly organized and efficient with quick turnaround
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
