About the role

The Digital Product Manager - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital products focused on improving equipment health, performance, and cost efficiency across Clarios. This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technology execution, ensuring digital solutions deliver measurable value to operations and enterprise outcomes. What You'll Do (Impact Areas) Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Asset Management digital solutions. Align product direction with enterprise goals and operational priorities. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure solutions meet user and business needs. Product Development & Delivery Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Lead internal and external technology teams to deliver prioritized features. Utilize agile, lean, and traditional project management methodologies to drive execution. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with executive stakeholders to define business outcomes and translate them into product requirements. Collaborate with IT, operations, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Represent the product in governance forums, steering committees, and leadership discussions. Market Insight & Continuous Improvement Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and innovation opportunities. Engage with internal users and customers to gather feedback and validate product direction. Track performance through KPIs and outcome-driven metrics, iterating based on insights. Governance, Quality & Adoption Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive awareness and adoption by acting as a digital product evangelist. Team Leadership & Resource Management Lead, coach, and develop team members and/or external partners. Manage resource planning, hiring decisions, and performance development. Expertise in software development processes, agile methodologies, and program/project management. Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-based decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in manufacturing operations. Familiarity with digital platforms, technologies, and industry trends. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications.
