Requirements
9+ years of creative leadership experience within consumer tech, digital media, or top-tier advertising agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field (firm requirement).
Proven experience integrating AI-assisted design tools into a professional creative workflow to increase output quality and velocity.
Mastery of visual storytelling and a portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste and high-impact multi-channel campaign experience.
Expertise in translating complex strategic goals into simple, compelling creative narratives.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with experience in prompt engineering for creative ideation.
Experience specifically within the Search or Web-Mail categories.
Strong copy background or significant experience partnering closely with copywriters to define and evolve a brand's verbal identity.
Demonstrated ability to validate and audit AI-generated assets for brand consistency and technical accuracy.
