Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience.
• Successful track record of building and growing a Transaction Advisory Service Practice.

• Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200
• Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

As a Financial Due Diligence Director you will lead and manage complex financial due diligence engagements, focusing on transactions involving private equity groups and corporate buyers and sellers. You will develop and deliver high-quality planning approaches, identify business opportunities, and enhance go-to-market strategies while leading teams to foster trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff. Additionally, you will utilize proven business development skills to build upon transaction advisory services work and consistently exceed client expectations. Job Responsibilities Oversees multiple diligence engagements. Advises clients on transaction risks. Mentors managers and directors.
