Requirements
3-4 years of experience in Space Planning, Category Management.
Intermediate-level expertise in data sources (Circana, Nielsen, Kantar, [Symphony.ai (Optional])
Intermediate to expert-level skills in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Cultural and Behavioural Competencies
Planogramming experience
Experience in creating customer review decks or similar data-driven presentations
Familiarity with sales projections and category growth strategies
Knowledge of the retail industry and customer relationship management
