Manage Employee Health onboarding requirements for new hires
Partner with Human Resources and leaders to create a smooth onboarding experience
Coordinate workplace injury, exposure, and return-to-work processes
Maintain documentation, track follow-up needs, and support compliance efforts
Drive Program Improvement
Help develop and implement Employee Health processes and procedures
Support consistency across multiple facilities
Help build and implement a structured return-to-work program, including process development, employee tracking, communication, and support for leaders and employees throughout the return-to-work process.
Conduct root cause analysis of trends and help develop action plans for improvement
Identify opportunities to improve employee health, safety, and program effectiveness
Educate and Support Staff
Serve as a resource for Employee Health questions and processes
Provide guidance and support to leaders and staff across the region
Role Scope
Primarily outpatient-based position
Supports multiple Hi-Line facilities
Regional role with broad exposure and impact
Opportunity to help shape and grow the program over time
Independent position with significant autonomy
What You Bring
Current Montana RN license or Multistate compact license required;
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical setting such as a physician practice or hospital preferred
Employee Health or Occupational Health experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
RQI Provider (BLS) required

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
This is a part-time, 20 hr. week position that has the potential of becoming full time in the future. Schedule is 8 hr. day shifts.
