Work with the P&OD team to plan, coordinate, manage and deliver exceptional employee development experiences, to include leadership development, high potential programs, career development opportunities, offsite facilitation and more
Ensure materials are easy to use, current and relevant (e.g., create/edit and finalize supporting documents and resources to accompany development as needed)
In close partnership with P&OD team and Strategic People Partners, prepare all enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning materials ensuring discretion, accuracy, and optimized formatting
Support the use of appropriate P&OD Workday functions and vendor learning platforms, budget maintenance and planning, as well as the P&OD intranet pages including content creation, organization, and guides
Provide administrative support, coordination, and communication of P&OD programs and Aerospace University needs as appropriate
Work with purchasing and procurement systems and staff to manage vendor contracts and renewals
Create and analyze various sources of employee feedback data such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, post-program assessments, making relevant recommendations
Take the lead on projects, as assigned with strong Leadership Competency qualities (Operating Strategically, Leading Change, Engaging with Impact, Fostering Innovation, and Operating with Agility and Speed).
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements for the P&OD Specialist II:
High School Degree or equivalent
Three or more years of relevant experience
Project planning and project management skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with acute attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at Teams and other platforms for high quality hybrid and virtual experiences including breakout rooms and polls
In addition to the above, the minimum requirements for the P&OD Specialist III include:
Six or more years of relevant experience

The People and Organization Development Specialist II/III enables employee development opportunities throughout Aerospace as part of the People and Organization Development (P&OD) Center of Expertise, applying skills in event planning and coordination, project management and the design and creation of supporting resources.
