About the role

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the Resource Manager for the United States Army Europe Africa, HHBN V Corps, MCP/SUS/G8/Comptoller Section, HQ Section, Fort Knox, KY 40121. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service including work that involves the following: experience in financial management operations and budget execution, such as conducting periodic execution reviews, monitoring program execution, reviewing and analyzing budget programs and funding requirements; participating in Program Budget Advisory Committees such as Budget Synchronizing meeting, program budget reviews; leading teams in providing guidance in technical advice in resource management operations and policy; managing subordinates/delegating authority to them.
