Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee all construction activities related to the programme, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Lead and supervise the site supervision team and monitor contractor performance, progress, and resource deployment. Minimum Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in the management of design and/or construction of major infrastructure projects. Proven experience as a Construction Manager on at least one project of similar size and complexity. Experience managing multidisciplinary construction and site supervision teams. Strong knowledge of construction management, contract administration, quality assurance, and health and safety requirements. Middle East experience is highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university. Master's degree is preferred. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
