Bronson South Haven is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative rehab team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value hands-on patient care, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a real impact in an outpatient setting.

Patient Care
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal conditions
Deliver individualized treatment focused on restoring function, improving strength, relieving pain, and enhancing independence
Educate patients, families, and caregivers throughout the plan of care
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals
For Physical Therapists
Perform evaluations and interpret referrals
Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans and goals
Establish functional baselines and track patient progress
Supervise PTAs, students, and rehab support staff as applicable
Participate in program development, process improvement, and clinical education
For Physical Therapist Assistants
Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Carry out established plans of care and therapeutic interventions
Support patient participation in individual and group therapy activities
Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and program initiatives
Documentation & Team Support
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in the electronic health record within compliance timelines
Communicate barriers to timely documentation when needed
Participate in department initiatives, committees, and quality improvement efforts
Serve as a clinical resource within areas of expertise
