Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the registration of national chargebacks in DDR and international chargebacks utilizing MasterCom and Mastercard Connect.
- Process and resolve ATM withdrawal clarifications and disputes initiated through our internal ticket management systems.
- Act as the primary owner of the controversy database, maintaining meticulous control, administration, and organization of all dispute records.
- Define, categorize, and resolve clarifications for unrecognized charges, applying the appropriate chargeback reason codes with precision.
- Leverage your deep knowledge of the full chargeback cycle-from the issuer view through pre-arbitration, arbitration, reason codes, and final case closures-to resolve disputes efficiently.
Requirements
- We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an issuer-view chargeback resolution role.
- Deep understanding and previous practical application of local "CID" regulations.
- Hands-on experience with industry tools such as SAC, SIA, VISAROL, and MasterCom / Mastercard Connect.
- Strong organizational and data mining skills, with the ability to manage complex databases using Google Drive (Sheets), SQL, or Metabase .
- Experience or interest in AI tools, such as Claude or N8N , to automate workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset rooted in teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and proven role-specific execution in complex operational frameworks.
- Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to evaluate dispute trends and operational metrics.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies and process improvement strategies.
