Under general supervision and following established protocols, the Echocardiography Technician performs echocardiograms that include two‑dimensional ultrasound imaging and Doppler flow analysis of the heart and related vascular structures. These studies support physicians in diagnosing cardiac and peripheral vascular diseases.
