Key Responsibilities and Duties Utilizes expertise and industry knowledge to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans with strong considerations to client challenges. Ensures investment strategies for clients, identifying objectives and constraints including regulatory issues, liquidity needs and tax implications to devise customized financial plans. Reviews client information, including financial statements, risk investment profile and cash availability. Fosters client relationships pre- and post-retirement with the goal of developing first call status for all financial planning needs. Recommends strategies to grow book of business through identifying value-added products and services for clients and develops additional business through referrals. Reviews investment research and stays informed of developments in security markets in order to provide clients with up to date financial guidance. Liaises with tax attorneys, accountants, etc. to determine legal consequences of investment decisions and resolve account problems. Communicates with executive leadership team to provide updates and maintain alignment between the operational direction of the department and the overall operational direction of the organization.
