Business Overview The Manager, Business Resiliency & Continuity leads Fidelity Canada's enterprise business continuity and operational resilience capabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that critical business services, processes, and functions can continue to operate and recover effectively during disruptions, including technology failures and cyber events. The role partners closely with business units define critical services, conduct business impact analyses, and establish continuity strategies, while coordinating enterprise crisis management and recovery planning. It works in close alignment with Technology Resiliency, Cyber & Resilience Office, and Risk functions to ensure a cohesive and effective end-to-end resilience posture.
