No relocation assistance is offered for this position Core Responsibilities Lead the creative design process in close collaboration with partners, from establishing creative direction through to final sample reviews. Inspire partners and co-create concepts that align with creative direction while balancing strategic, marketing, audience, and design governance requirements. Act as a trusted creative partner, influencing stakeholders and helping guide decisions throughout the collaboration process. Contribute to product development through thoughtful editing and curation, clearly articulating design decisions and recommendations Translate brand identities into compelling products and experiences that resonate with consumers and LEGO fans. Create assets for partner collaborations, ensuring adherence to established processes and requirements Support the Creative Lead in facilitating workshops and driving creative alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding Branded Partnerships is part of LEGO Licensing & Extended Line where we create new touchpoints for the LEGO ecosystem through branded collaborations. Our multidisciplinary creative team works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deepen LEGO fandom and bring the LEGO Play experience into new categories and spaces. In this role, you will focus on collaborations with globally recognized brands. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will help shape the creative direction of collaborations from initial kick-off through final product delivery, ensuring that together we create something greater than the sum of its parts. Do You Have What It Takes? We're looking for an experienced and creatively driven designer who can confidently navigate complex partnerships and translate brand strategy into compelling products and experiences. You bring: Solid, proven professional experience and ideally a relevant education in brand design, product design, fashion design, industrial design, or a related discipline. Significant experience leading and contributing across multiple stages of the design process, from defining creative direction to reviewing final samples. Strong experience with brand collaborations and partnership-driven projects. The ability to articulate a clear creative direction verbally, visually, and in writing. Strong editorial and curation skills, with the ability to explain and justify design decisions. A proven ability to translate brand identities into compelling products and consumer experiences. Experience creating assets and working within established asset creation processes. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, processes, and workload effectively. A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to your work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
