About the role

p>We are looking for a Wallet Operations Specialist to support daily crypto wallet and transaction operations. /p> p>Your main task is to check transfers, monitor transaction status, and help keep payment workflows stable. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Responsibilities: /strong> /p> ul> li>Check incoming and outgoing transactions /li> li>Verify network, address, and fee details before sending /li> li>Track transfer status using blockchain explorers /li> li>Maintain simple reports in Excel / Google Sheets /li> li>Escalate complex cases to senior risk/ops teammates /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Minimum requirements: /strong> /p> ul> li>Basic hands-on crypto wallet experience /li> li>Understanding of networks and fees (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20) /li> li>Strong attention to detail /li> li>Ability to work with spreadsheets /li> li>Basic English for daily tasks /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually /strong> /p>
