The Vice President, Global ODC Learning & Development (GOLD) is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously enhancing learning strategies that support Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) operations across global Offshore Delivery Centers (ODCs). Reporting into the Operations Execution pillar of the Operations Department, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that offshore teams are equipped with the technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and operational discipline required to perform high-risk financial crime activities.
This leader will drive a standardized, scalable learning framework across AML, sanctions, and investigative functions, ensuring alignment with global FCC standards, regulatory expectations, and evolving risk landscapes. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in financial crimes, a strong foundation in learning and development, and experience operating within global, outsourced delivery models.
