Client Experience Platform (CXP) is a large organisation within Aladdin Engineering, comprising of UX Design; UX Engineering; RegTech ; Client Insights and Business Engineering Business Engineering develops the client lifecycle platforms used globally across BlackRock - covering inquiry management, contracting, onboarding workflows, CRM integrations, entity and product data, and more. Within Business Engineering, our team owns several key Aladdin applications, namely the Entity, Case and Product platforms, or ECP for short.
