Responsibilities
- As a participant in the NextGen Academy, you will:

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Information Technology, or similar OR equivalent experience from a structured career - transition path
- Solid f oundations in at least one programming language ( e.g. Java, Python, C++, JavaScript)
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms or system design principles)
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong willingness to learn
- Exposure to AI tools, LLMs or AI-assisted development workflows
- Familiarity with Linux -based development environment
- Experience using Git , testing frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines
- Personal, academic, or career ‑ transition projects demonstrating hands ‑ on development
- Graduate or career changer: Looking to start or pivot into software engineering
- Curious and growth-oriented: Eager to learn both foundational and emerging technologies
- AI-ready : Interested in leveraging AI as a natural part of the engineering workflow
