Strong P&L ownership and financial leadership experience , with a proven ability to ensure transparency, accuracy, and reliability of financial results while driving profitability and informed decision‑making.
Commercial finance and margin management expertise , including customer and product profitability analysis, pricing support, and margin optimization across complex product mixes and customer segments.
Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams , acting as a trusted advisor to commercial, marketing, R&D, and operational leaders to support growth initiatives and strategic decisions.
Experience in forecasting, financial planning, and performance tracking , with the capability to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles and translate insights into clear actions for the business.
Sound commercial judgment and governance capability , including exposure to key account management, contract and receivables oversight, cash flow management, and support of M&A or investment business cases.
