Essential Requirements :
Expertise and experience in people and organizational leadership with demonstrated ability to set direction, align teams, develop talent, and continuously improve productivity.

Experience in pharma and/or life science research environments
1 0+ years experience in leading technical and/or engineering teams and organizations
