Senior Engineer - Technical Support & Deployment (IMS)

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in end-to-end deployment and system integration
• Proficiency in configuration management and inter-system validation
• Ability to perform detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Experience in automation scripting for deployment and operational tasks
• Understanding of SLA tracking, escalation handling, and delivery timelines
• Job Requirements
• Hands-on proficiency in using Linux Commands - specifically familiarity with sed, cut, grep commands (familiarity with different options to use)
• Strong Unix / Linux OS concepts
• Certification in RHEL / RHCE is mandatory
• Very good understanding of networking concepts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and ready to take up new challenges and ready to work in demanding environment
• Bachelor's/master's degree in EE, ECE or equivalent from reputed institutions with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
