Job Description: UNIFIED COLLABORATION ENGINEER What You'll Contribute We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unified Communications & Collaborations (UCC) Engineer responsible for owning and evolving end user collaboration technologies. This role provides leadership and support with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, audio/video conferencing, and print solutions. Develops automation and lifecycle management ensuring a secure, consistent, and modern unified collaboration experience across all regions. The position adheres to architectural direction, establishes standards, and drives continuous improvement to maintain a highly reliable and intuitive, end user unified communications and collaboration experience. Candidate Profile Required Education and Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting unified communications environments using Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Automation skills using PowerShell, Graph API, and scripting for deployment, configuration, and remediation. Experience with audio/visual conferencing, conditional access, device compliance, and endpoint security platforms. Strong planning, documentation, and diagramming skills. A continuous-improvement mindset centered on building stable, scalable, supportable solutions. Preferred Demonstrated experience engineering and supporting collaboration platforms and related capabilities into a large, geographically distributed environment. Core Work Activities Own the configuration, and lifecycle management of audio/video conference rooms. Document troubleshooting workflows for end users. Build and automate deployment, configuration, and compliance workflows. Own and manage printers and management solutions like Papercut. Establish standards, baselines, and support documentation to achieve operational excellence. Provide escalation support with a focus on deep root cause analysis and corrective actions. Partner cross-functionally with support, security, and business teams to deliver intuitive and supportable collaboration solutions. Manage SharePoint document libraries and other knowledge bases. Using feedback pipelines to develop long-term solutions addressing reoccurring issues. Anticipate needs and change related to projects and business strategy. Lead monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of A/V conferencing systems with a focus on reliability. The expected pay range for this role is $ 66,849.68 - $ 90,104.36 . It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
