Experience in multi-axis (5+) CNC machining, including mill/turn, grinding, and robotics, is preferred, along with prior exposure to manufacturing environments and regulated industries such as medical, automotive, or aerospace. The candidate must demonstrate strong technical capabilities, including the ability to program independently using CAD/CAM software and develop reliable machining processes for low-volume, high-mix production. A solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is essential, along with the ability to respond to both routine production schedules and urgent requirements to maintain operational flow.
