Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models to support strategic business initiatives.

• Oversee model assessment, validation, and lifecycle management to ensure accuracy and sustainability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science, including advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI/ML inference techniques.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, SQL, Java, and expertise in software testing and deployment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring associates to foster continuous learning and innovation.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and executing data strategies that drive measurable business value.

• The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
