Be the welcoming face of the Prague office for colleagues, guests, and visitors
Support visitor reception and ensure hosts are informed and visitors feel welcomed
Coordinate parking reservations and allocation
Mail & Logistics
Handle incoming mail and parcel distribution and weekly internal mail distribution
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers such as DHL, DPD and others
Support larger deliveries and logistics coordination in line with building guidelines
Pantry & Workplace Experience
Monitor and restock pantry areas with coffee, milk, fruit, snacks, and other essentials
Help create a positive and welcoming office environment
Employee Engagement & Hospitality
Support employee celebrations, recognition initiatives, office events and engagement activities incl. coordination of catering and refreshments
Prepare welcome packages for international visitors and delegates
Assist with planning and on-site execution of office events and activities
Requirements
We imagine you are someone who:

Has strong communication skills and a service-minded mindset

Speaks and writes fluent English
Experience from hospitality, administration, customer service, or office support is a plus - but most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and energy.
